The terms and conditions set forth below (the "terms") govern you while on this site on the World Wide Web (the "site") and are legally binding on you. If you do not agree with any of the listed conditions do not access or otherwise use this site or any information contained on this site. Your use of the site shall be deemed to be your agreement to each of the terms set forth below.

General use Restrictions:

All information, documents, trademarks, logos, graphics, and images ("Materials") provided on this site are Copyrighted or Trademarked and are the property of NairaLand Parking Event Solutions (NPES) any unauthorized use of any material contained on the site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and communications statutes. NPES grants you the limited right to display the Materials only on your personal computer for your personal use. You agree not to use the materials for any other purpose without the prior written consent of NPES without limitation, you agree not to reproduce, re-distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any information contained in the materials to anyone, including others in the same company or organization. You may not post content from this site to news groups, mail lists, or bulletin boards. You acknowledge and agree that, except as set forth herein, you have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the materials in any manner. This limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination you agree to immediately destroy any printed or downloaded materials. 

You agree not to "frame" or "mirror" any materials or third party content contained on this site on any other server or Internet based device without the advanced written permission of NPES or its licensors, respectively. This site may be linked to other sites on the World Wide Web or Internet, which are not under the control of or maintained, by NPES Such links do not constitute an endorsement by NPES You acknowledge that NPES is providing these links to you only as a convenience, you further agree that NPES is not responsible for the content of such sites. You agree that you are entirely responsible for the confidentiality of your credit card account information, and you agree that you are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account, including any fees which may be incurred under your encryption protected account whether or not you are the individual who undertakes such activities. You agree to immediately notify NPES of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security in relation thereof known to you. You acknowledge that this site may include certain inaccuracies or typographical errors which may affect the quality of materials and third party content. You acknowledge that the materials or any third-party content have not been independently verified or authenticated in whole or in part by NPES and agree that NPES does not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of materials or the third-party content, and further agree that NPES has no liability for any omissions in the materials and third party content, whether provided by NPES or any third-party.

Our Claim Policy:

It is the duty of the Customer/driver to put the vehicle's gear on park and set the parking brake before exiting the vehicle upon arrival. The driver/customer need to present the claim ticket issued to him/her upon arrival to retrieve his/her vehicle. NPES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any personnel valuables/articles  left in vehicle, so we recommend all valuables to be put away.  All claimed damage to vehicle must be reported to the manager on location  by the vehicle’s owner or driver, PRIOR to leaving the establishment where NPES parked & stored the vehicle.  An incident report must be filled out by the Parking Manager prior to leaving the premises, and a picture of the vehicle where the alleged damage is located will be taken to investigate the claim. NPES is  not responsible for vehicles once they have left the establishment where we are providing valet services so we strongly recommend you look your vehicle over in its entirety before leaving the premises. NPES is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters such as hail, flooding, wind damage  etc…  but we will do the best to protect your vehicle under reasonable & safe circumstances. NPES is not responsible for cars left over night, damage done to vehicles during a break-in or theft. Although we will try to keep a valet posted to keep a watchful eye on your vehicle NPES does not support the harm or injury of any of our valets for the purpose of protecting a patron’s vehicle!.

Payment:

If you request services from NPES you agree to pay all fees associated with such services. NPES will mail or email an invoice to you, we accept cash or checks as agreed after the rendition of service. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including other valuable information e.g. your name, address and telephone number, and to provide us with any changes in such information within ten (10) days of the change. If for any reason, payment is not received from your credit card company, or is refused, NPES. reserves the right to hold you liable for all cost incurred in the collection of outstanding fees.

Bookings and Cancelations:

If you request and book services from NPES then cancel your order and give a one week notice of your cancelation to NPES via email. You will be entitled to 100% of your money back. If you give a 72 to 48 hours notice of your cancelation to NPES. you will be entitled to 75% of your money back . If you give less than 48 hours notice there will be no refund.
